My name is Danny Coates and I am a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist.
I offer highly comprehensive, evidenced based, hypnotherapy using BOTH Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) combined with Hypnotherapy to treat a range of Anxiety related conditions such as: Social Anxiety, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Phobias, Assertiveness issues and Self-improvement. CBT is the most effective and widely used Psychotherapy, utilised by the NHS, Industry and Global Health Organisations. Clinical and scientific research has clearly shown that CBT combined with Hypnotherapy has a significant impact on its overall effectiveness in theraputic treatment. My qualifications as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist are accredited by the General Hypnotherapy Register, National Council for Hypnotherapy, Register for Evidence-Based Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and approved by the British Psychological Society.
